Nigel Hawkes
Founder, Hawkeye Traders
Nigel started trading in 1987, using methods based on Elliott, Gann, and other popular theorists. Nigel realized that conventional indicators were far too lagging for today’s markets volatility. Therefore, Nigel developed his own proprietary indicator collection based on volume spread analysis, standard deviation, and pattern recognition. These tools, plus his 20 years of research and trading experience, are what makes the Hawkeye indicators so successful in the markets. When Nigel is not trading, he is an avid fisherman and sailor. |

Bob Seager
Director, Custom Programming
Bob Saeger completed his BS Mechanical Engineering and MBA from Boston College. After graduation, Bob relocated to London, where he met Nigel Hawkes. Bob and Nigel became partners and Bob started to programm Nigel's ideas, which have now become Hawkeye. In addition to being a trader, Bob has been designing indicators in EasyLanguage for the past 15 years. When Bob is not trading or programming, he enjoys cycling, water skiing, and kite surfing. |

Gail Mercer
Director of Education and Training
Gail started her working career in the legal profession. She suspended her career to have a family and is the proud mother of six children, including twins. On rejoining the work force she was offered employment working for one of the trading industry's leading indicator vendors where she was for 8 years; during which time she became immersed in trading and began trading herself.
In 2003, Gail met Nigel at a Trader's Expo and immediately saw the value of the Hawkeye indicators and methodology, approaching Nigel to see if she could become involved with its management. Terms were agreed, one of them being that Nigel would teach Gail how to trade, which has been incredibly successful. One of Gail's strengths is her ability to calmly teach people how to trade using the rule sets that are imperative for Hawkeye's success. In her spare time, Gail enjoys gardening, taking care of her dogs, and cruising to the Bahamas. |

Harry Kumar
Director, Marketing Communications
Prior to joining the Hawkeye Team, Harry was an International marketing consultant working with companies specializing in chemicals, communications, and software development. Harry has a Masters in Business Administration, as well as a Bachelor in Science. Now based in North Carolina, Harry is responsible for Hawkeye Sales and Marketing projects worldwide, as well as a full-time trader. When Harry is not developing new marketing strategies or trading, he enjoys boating,fishing, movies and music. |
